How to create an invoice online for free

  1. Enter your business details, the client, and the invoice number and dates. Add your logo if you have one.
  2. Add items with quantity, unit price and VAT rate — subtotal, VAT per rate, discount and total are calculated automatically.
  3. Click Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. Use Next invoice to start the next one with your details already filled in.
