How to use the remove duplicates from CSV

  1. Choose a CSV file — exports from Excel, Google Sheets, a CRM or a shop are fine; the separator is detected automatically.
  2. Choose which columns decide what counts as a duplicate (e.g. only the e-mail column) and whether case and spaces matter.
  3. Download the cleaned file, or just the duplicate rows to review them.

Duplicate contacts, orders and products cause double e-mails, wrong totals and messy reports. Comparing by a single column like e-mail or SKU finds duplicates even when other fields differ slightly. Quoted fields with commas and line breaks are handled correctly and the result opens in Excel with accents intact.
