How to use the crop PDF tool

  1. Choose a PDF — the first page is shown.
  2. Set how many millimetres to cut from each side; the red area shows what will be removed.
  3. Optionally limit it to certain pages (e.g. 1-3,5) and click Crop PDF.

Remove white margins so a document reads better on a phone or e-reader, cut off scanner borders, or trim a slide deck before printing. Cropping changes the visible page area without re-rendering, so text stays sharp and selectable. Rotated pages are handled correctly.
